USA Weightlifting National Level Coach

Cord is the head coach of Atlas Weightlifting's decorated Olympic weightlifting team and the designer of Atlas's group fitness programming. With 13 years of coaching experience, he travels internationally to coach with Team USA and has produced multiple national-level athletes, American Record holders, and Team USA representatives.

His athletic background spans football, collegiate golf, CrossFit, national-level Olympic weightlifting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where he currently competes as a purple belt. Cord's deep passion for movement and performance is at the core of everything Atlas offers.
